I know there are good deer numbers in certain areas but reports have been indicating very low numbers in many areas. Looks like it may take awhile to get the herd numbers back up. I miss the good ol' days.
I think some coyote hunting and or trapping may be in order

While deer numbers are down from previous years i think our winter has had the greatest impact on the deer.
I hope we have a mild winter and we will see bambi start to recover.
We need to do our part and thin out a few wolves and coyotes now to help them out.
I think the rut is just getting going i saw 5 bucks today and they are chasing does hard. No shooters yet, I will hold out for that biggun.
Your Right...

No of deers are down big time this year...as it was last year most due to the hard winter we had over 420 cm of snow.
I did see alot more does this year then buck also to the point where it will have to be a pretty big buck for me to shoot this season.
Good luck to all.
