Man caught for caging spawning walleye

Neil Sandilands 40, from Williamstown has been fined $6000 and banned from fishing for a year after being caught caging spawning walleye, also seven males and two females were seized, breakdown as follows $3000 for illegal posession of fish and $1500 for fishing without a license, and also must pay $1500 to the Raisin Regional Conservation authority for rehabilitation and research

I think he should be made to spend a night in a submerged metal cage, totally naked, in the Raisin river in April! :twisted: :twisted: :evil: And never be allowed to fish again for the rest of his life!!! :x :x
