I can't really speak so much for walleye but in regards to musky I agree 100%. I definitely see more action whether it be follows or strikes on full moons when targeting musky.I think that it depends on the fish your after. Walleye and musky seem to be heavily influenced by the moon cycles, probably because there vision is good and its in there best interest to feed when the moon is out and bright and they have the sight advantage. However, this factor should be very low on your fishing totem pole cuz if the weather, barometer and locations aren't right then it won't matter. I have also noticed that when the moon is full and very bright, the fish seem to move, usually going shallower in the water column and tighter to the structure.
What's best for fishing? New moon or full moon?

Money can't buy you happiness but it can buy you fishing gear and that's kinda the same thing.
