Does anyone out there own a Stradic FI reel? I'm thinking on buying one.

what is the difference with the new Stradics and the old ones, I have to of the older 2500's and love them.

Denis: There are a number of differences between the old and new Stradic, but the most significant is the spool. It has a beveled edge that is supposed to reduce line twist and have less friction so you have longer casts.

It also has a larger padded handle
