Sorry bout the double post
So last weekend was the trip
Overall it was great
Didn't catch much of size - 2 largest fish were 2 pound Lake Herring
Lots of perch, and a few jumbos - almost all fish came on light jigs or light buckshot rattle spoons tipped with either a live minnow or minnow head
Story seemed to be that Nipissing, at least around the Callandar Bay area has had slow fishing for most of the year for walleye
Idle Tyme was solid
Great huts, good bait and an attentive owners - the cabins were nice - only challenge was that our cabin was right over the owners house, so we were a little worried - didn't end up being a problem though - although we were pretty bagged most nights - if you really wanted to party - I would recommend that u not book the upper cabin
Cheers
