Ottawa River:
Dow's Lake: Close to Rideau Canal.
Victoria Island: Near Parliament Hill.
Constance Bay: Quiet western access.
Britannia Beach: Popular with parking.
Rideau River:
Rideau Falls: Central access.
Carleton University: Good for central routes.
Manotick: Southern access.
For downstream trips, consider launching at Constance Bay (Ottawa River) and getting picked up at Rideau Falls or Manotick (Rideau River).
