A while back, earlier in the summer, I had a problem getting my trailer to sit on the ball. After some time we found out it was a washer that had slipped and was preventing the trailer to sit on the ball.
Now when I press down on the latch it is harder to press down than it was before. I like it because of a sense of security, tight means it should never accidently pop off.
But I am wondering if it is possible to be too tight.
Is it possible to have the hitch on the ball too tight?
