OK LETS SEE SOME BASS PICTURES NOW.

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Sorry, Joco...

Not even close!

Here is another shot of the second fish...still think it only weighs 4.1lbs??
Different angles and how you hold a fish can definitely distort the true weight of a fish...

Good Fishing,

Justin

one more hint - all three fish are of "nickle" status...

The smallie I am cradiling with 2 hands hit an 8inch topwater bait.

It is 23.5 inches long which puts it well above Joco's guess.

Anyone got a clue what that tank would weigh.

A smallie that length would have to be over 5 ?????

The two fish I am holding weighed in at precisely 5lbs 14oz. (I wish I could take credit for both, but my girlfriend at the time caught one of them less than 10 minutes after I caught the first...)

The single fish I am holding weighed in at 6lbs even.....my personal best to date.

Good Fishing,

Justin

1. Many years ago on the Rideau, I caught one and my brother the other about an hour apart

Image

2. Mississippi Lake, bad angle so it probably wont look as big as it is.

3. Monster, my personal best by far.
