Fishing this weekend?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Heading back out for some Lakers and maybe some Specks. Will be trying out the FL-8 Vex that Snag sold me.

Watch for the pics as we still have 30+ inches of ice up here.

It's supposed to be warm, but not much rain (unlike last Friday)
I suspect that there will be some slush out there, but not too bad because very little snow on the ice.

So, Walleye Man - hope you can make it out to the tourny!!

I'm staying local - jumbo perch or pike

I'm waking up at 4:00 am so that can only mean one thing....trout in the hills.

Nothing like walking down a trail in the dark.

On a tour to Maniwaki to hang out with the GF's mom. We'll be into the cards, beer and a fish fry. Plan on hitting Lake XXXX for a spell. The weekend is shaping up to be a great one.

I was out today. Alot of water!!!
About 2-4 inches in spots. Ice is solid though. 18" at least!
An old guy (70's) drove his Escape out onto the ice....drove around the whole lake! Me and another guy fishing though he was REAL brave!!!

Good luck to evryone. Hopefully you all luck out! Be safe!
Only a few weeks to go till open water..........
