Hi All,
I am currently working on a project with Health Canada, and while doing some research came across an article in the Chemical & Engineering News journal that I though I would share with you

I sometimes wonder if I will be able to take my future children fishing anywhere near urban areas....the fish are under so much pressure from over fishing, pollution, evasive species.....the list goes on

I've read alot of that link you posted.
Informative and scary.
I find it ironic, growing up we were told to take
old scripts, meds, out dated or unused and flush
down the toilet.
safiest way to avoid younger kids from ingesting.
now their finding them in water ways.
with sewage, chemicals, human and animal waste, now pharmasuticals,
who knows whats next?
getting into the water from different sources,
its left me wondering, just what the hell do they treat
our water with? guess what? other chemicals.
No matter what we do now or in the future there will always
be more chemicals to fight previous and so on an so on an so on...............................................
And just think, this for the benifit of us(humans)not getting sick
more chemicals,more sickness,more cures,more chemicals,more sickness,more cures, oh yea forgot,some where along the way
we develop immunities to some chemicals,or sickness,or maybe
even some cures
They call this progress,
does it make sense?sounded good in my mind
just a rant i guess, was never very good putting touht(sp)
to paper.
we should slow progress down to allow good old mother nature to build
up her immunities to fight off humans(a big disease on her)
Bet ya she won't use chemicals
