Decided to treat Dan to a Lake X Bass outing today , The morning started off with a snap .....

As Dan was loading his gear into my boat , His wife calls out to him and says ....Honey you forgot to close the trunk .............and we hear '' SNAP '' she accidently slammed the lid down on his Favourite Baitcaster rod $$$$$

One hour later we arrive at the lake ....Private Lake that is ....I make it a custom that all new people I bring to this lake ..must go and knock on my Buddy's door and ask permission to launch the boat........

As dan is approaching the door ....I'm saying under my breath this is going to be good...


He comes back to the car white as a Ghost .........Do you know your '' Buddy '' answers the door with a Shotgun in his hands .....Yep


Anyway it was a great MORNING out on the water








After 50 ish Bass we call it a morning ...err day

Next time it will be a Full day outing...

I thought this was a post about Lake Dore and thouight someone maybe caught a fish bigger than a pound. I camped on that lake every summer as a kid until I was 23 and the fishing was always crap. Althgouh, I understand now that it's stocked walleye and slotted. Either way, nice fish!!
