Nippissing Walleye Weekend

Went to Nippissing last weekend with my uncle. Spent 2.5 days fishing with 2 to 3 hour fishing sprees in the morning and afternoon. Caught a total of 75 walleye, 3 pike, several small mouth bass and a bunch of perch. also lifted, what we think was a sturgeon off the bottom. lots him 2 ft under the surface.
People say the lake is declining but I don't see any proof of that.

Any one have any thoughts on the Nippissing Fishery or stories of their late fall trips on this lake?
I know there are some strong feelings about some of the fishing activities on this lake so lets keep it down to personal experiences and thoughts on the population.
