At this time of year, I troll for them. They are deeper than in the spring so I'll be trolling further away from the shoreline. The water is much warmer now so generally I'm also trolling faster than I would in the spring 'cause they will chase your lure more now than in the springtime. This also makes for some great fights as the specks have more energy and they take many runs before you can finally settle them down and guide 'em into the net.Tip-up wrote:I'd like to know as well.
