Does anyone know where I can purchase a Moonshine Shiver Minnow and an Offshore Tadpole weight?

I have my doubts you'll find those anywhere in Ottawa area. Online is likely your only option.

Le Baron carries the Tadpole but currently has no stock (looked in store Sat April 2nd).

The only one they had was the Magnum. Others will be coming in.

I was at Bait Casters on Sunday and am pretty sure they had the shiver minnow there. Don't know about the tadpole.
You should give her a call. Was my first time there and was very impressed.
